Prior to staying at Canyon Creek please provide the following:

1. A copy of all current and up to date vaccinations.

2. Inform us of any special diets, medications, or other needs.

3. An honest appriasal of your dog’s social comfort level. We do not require that they get along with everyone.

4. Please have dog leashed upon arrival and departure.
